  • SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR SERVICES

    All employers need to give special attention to the requirements of Schedule 1 of the Skills Development Act 1998, Act No. 97 of 1998 (as amended). According to this Schedule all employers are required to appoint on their establishment a suitable person, either from inside or outside their organization, in the position of Skills Development Facilitator, responsible for the planning, implementation and reporting of training in an organisation, with Seta-related duties.
